Who is ARKON OFF-ROAD?

Who Designed the ARKON Lincoln Wheel?

The ARKON OFF-ROAD Lincoln was designed by Shawn Chartier. Shawn is the CEO of Enthusiast Enterprises which comprises ARKON OFF-ROAD, Custom Offsets, Fitment Industries, and more.

How Was The ARKON OFF-ROAD Lincoln Designed?

It all started on a napkin and many, many poor drawings (his words). After a lot of different sketches, he finally came to a design he liked. He wanted to put in everything he wanted out of a wheel for his truck.

Shawn knew that he wanted to do a chunky spoke and big windows for a clean, simple look that would go with any build. He also knew he wanted to do a true (proper) directional cast wheel to give the customer an expensive feel without an expensive price tag. He said it was very difficult to get his vision fully onto paper. Wheel designing is hard.

Once he got a sketch and a concept that he was happy with it was time to send that to the manufacturer to get it made physically. This took 4 wheel samples to get it right. Once he saw that 4th sample he and everyone else knew that it was a winner. His lifelong goal of designing and creating a wheel had come true.

What Is So Cool About The ARKON Lincoln?

The Lincoln features a twisted eight-spoke design with a very aggressive lip. People love this wheel because not only does it show aggression in its design but also because of the beautiful simplicity. The Lincoln is built to last too so you can have peace of mind that when you throw a set of ARKON OFF-ROAD wheels on your truck that they will be able to hold up to your day-to-day lifestyle and look incredible doing it.

I looked into a few and the Lincoln just stuck out to me. The way the finish looks and how sleek it looks stuck out. The next thing was how easy it would be to maintain clean. Overall the offset is just right for me at -25. Not too much. My leveled truck looks meaner for sure. A lot of compliments as soon as it exited the shop. Feel blessed for that. Minor rubbing but I fixed rang fairly easy.

The wheels are awesome! They look great on my truck. The only bad thing was that I drove from my house to a gas station and the center caps came off… I put them on right and everything but I drove through a bump and I guess that’s when they came off. Other than that they’re are perfect!

Rather wide as expected. Finish seems decent. Will know in a couple years. Only issue I’ve really had with them is the center caps don’t go on very easy over rear hubs. I actually have broke a couple of them. I emailed customer service, and their solution was to run a spacer to get center cap away from the rear hub. Right… not going to happen. Already had to do the NorCal mod. Couldn’t possibly make them any wider with only torsion bars leveling the truck. I just painted front and rear hubs gloss black and said forget the center caps. Don’t look horrible.

The fit and finish of the wheel I would actually give 4 stars. The outer lip of the barrel (back of the wheel) looks a little rough. And in a couple spots near the spokes, the chrome finish looks faded. The look of them on my truck I give 5 stars. Other than a few blemishes, I love these wheels. So do my friends.

We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, packaging, & shipping. We can ship world-wide for an additional charge. Delivery Inspection (Damage)

  1. For freight delivery, be sure to inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make sure to make full notes on delivery paperwork before signing.

  2. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary

  3. Notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.
