1. How Do I Pay For My Order?

ARKON OFF-ROAD offers 2 secure payment options:
1. PayPal, this can be done whether you have a PayPal account or not – no account is required.
2. Affirm is available through monthly payment options. Additional details are located HERE.
NOTE: You are not required to sign up for a PayPal account to checkout. PayPal allows non-members the ability to check-out with a credit card similar to other e-commerce stores.

2. What is the difference between PROPER DIRECTIONAL vs non-directional wheels?

This is one of the most common questions we receive and has a very simple answer. ARKON OFF-ROAD offers PROPER directional cast wheels, meaning the wheels on each side of the vehicle (driver/passenger) will be facing the same direction - two part numbers for each set of four wheels.

This style is only currently available within the high price forged wheel line of truck wheels whereas ARKON OFF-ROAD offers proper directional styling without the daunting price tag. Other companies that offer directionally designed wheels, do not supply the proper wheel for vehicles, often resulting in all four wheels from competitors facing the same direction. The result is your vehicle having opposite directions on each side of your vehicle.

However, ARKON OFF-ROAD is here to offer an affordable PROPER directional cast wheel to bridge the gap from the usual cast standards to the forged standards. For further explanation, see this video.

3. What does free mount and balance include? Do you install them on my vehicle?

Free mount and balance is included when you purchase an ARKON OFF-ROAD wheel and tire package. Our expert team mounts & balances your wheels & tires on state of the art equipment. You will not incur any additional charges for this service. Standard adhesive style weights and standard chrome valve stems are used during the mount and balance process. Mount and balance does not include install to the vehicle. We recommend professional installation.

4. Can I trust the ARKON OFF-ROAD online website?

Absolutely. If you review ARKON OFF-ROAD on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or simply Google our name – you will see we have a strong following and are backed by Custom Offsets and SD Wheel Corp. Combined, we take pride in having over 20 years in the wheel industry while providing customers with their wheels/tires, suspension, lighting, spacers and more to their doorstep by the thousands every month.

5. Why can’t I buy ARKON OFF-ROAD wheels from my local shop?

All of us here at ARKON OFF-ROAD are enthusiasts and want to work directly with our customers so they are guaranteed the best experience possible while maintaining our competitive pricing. By maintaining a direct relationship, ARKON OFF-ROAD can provide the highest quality service and product available to you, the enthusiast.

6. What About Duty Fees?

Please note that if you’re an international customer your government may charge duties/taxes when the product arrives. ARKON OFF-ROAD does not pay for any additional taxes and fees and the customer is responsible to understand these fees. ARKON OFF-ROAD is not responsible to quote these additional costs.

7. What Is Your Return Policy?

Any returns or cancellations, without the tires mounted on the wheel may potentially carry a 20% restocking fee. Once wheels/tires have been mounted on the vehicle ARKON OFF-ROAD is not able to accept any return. If you have concerns about fitment, share those concerns via email before you place your order, and our experts will work with you to get a perfect fit. Due to the fact ARKON OFF-ROAD moves quickly, it’s important to notify our team immediately if you have any concerns.

You are responsible for test fitting wheels before having tires mounted. Once tires have been mounted, ARKON OFF-ROAD is unable to accept any returns, regardless of reasoning. For package purchases, you are responsible for test fitting before driving on the wheels. Wheels or tires with mileage on them cannot be returned. Always contact our team of experts with any issues or return questions. ARKON OFF-ROAD will always work with a customer. Costs incurred during shipping and receiving may need to be recovered from the customer, unless your issue is at the fault of ARKON OFF-ROAD. Contact wheels@arkonoffroad.com for all returns.

All refunded items must be approved prior to being returned. Please contact wheels@arkonoffroad.com for a return authorization any product you would like to return. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Funds will be refunded in the same manner in which original payment was made. Once product is returned, please allow 14 days for receipt of funds.

All suspension/accessory items being returned that are not warranty related CANNOT have been installed or attempted to be installed. If we receive a return that shows signs of installation we will not be able to accept the item and will have to return to sender with no credit being issued.

COSMETIC BLEMISH OR DEFECT: If a product is received with what would be considered a blemish or defect by industry standards on the FACE of the wheel, ARKON OFF-ROAD will make arrangements to replace that product. Cosmetic blemishes (including scratches, minor dents, etc.) on the outer barrel or rear of the wheel are not visible when installed and not eligible for replacement for cosmetic reasons. Pictures of items with cosmetic blemishes or defects should be sent to wheels@arkonoffroad.com to report the problem.

8. Fitment is the responsibility of the Customer, don’t know? PLEASE ask.

Many of our customers go beyond the “conservative” fitment offered by manufacturers and “guaranteed” by other manufacturers. They are doing this by making modifications and trimming plastic and metal to make the wheel/tire setup fit.

For this reason, ARKON OFF-ROAD fills the order as you have placed it with the assumption you will make the appropriate modifications to fit the wheel/tire package. When you provide the correct make, model (and version if applicable), and year information about the vehicle we do verify bolt pattern, TPMS sensors and lug nuts (these items we guarantee fitment).

If you have questions or do not know the proper fitment on lifted, leveled, or even stock applications – complete our quote/fitment help form so that we may make our best recommendation for what should work. In some cases, minor trimming will be needed to accommodate oversized tires or wide / high negative offset wheels.

9. Do You Have a Catalog? What If I Don’t Know What I Want?

You can keep up with our most recent designs and packages by following our social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. ARKON OFF-ROAD prides itself on providing all detailed specs of wheels, tires and fitment on many different vehicles through those channels. We currently do not distribute any physical catalogs at this time.

10. How Long Is My Quoted Price Valid?

Website prices will continuously update. If you were sent a personal quoted price via email, they are valid for 30 days. After that, ARKON OFF-ROAD will need to re-quote as tire manufacturers and shippers frequently update their pricing. All social media advertisements will be valid for 7 days from the posted date (ex: Posted January 1st, price valid through January 7th).
Note: while we can honor prices for 30 days, availability of the wheels/tires may change sooner.

11. Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. From Canada to Australia and everywhere in between – we frequently ship to countries all over the world. Please note: unless otherwise specified, ARKON OFF-ROAD shipping covers freight only. If applicable, additional fees (brokerage, duties, etc.) are collected locally and are not included in the price paid. Have questions? Ask in advance.

12. Do You Offer Financing?

Yes. ARKON OFF-ROAD has partnered with Affirm to now offer fixed monthly payment options with annual interest rates ranging from 0-30% (subject to credit approval). Simply find the wheels/tires you’d like to purchase on our website and click Monthly Payments and apply directly with Affirm. They are able to provide a credit decision within seconds and, if approved, will provide you with all the details you’ll need to decide if the loan is right for you. Once you accept the loan we’ll be able to get to work processing your order. Once approved by Affirm we get your wheels and or tires headed your way, there is no delay related to financing! Alternately, some of our customer also choose to checkout with PayPal Credit (subject to credit approval).

13. Can I Pick Up My Wheels/Tires? Other items?

Yes. Our pick-up location is located in Batavia, IL. If you’d rather pick up your set in person (and save on shipping), just let us know and our team will schedule a time. Note: IL sales tax will apply. If you’re purchasing tires, an IL state mandated $2.50 “Tire Use Fee” will also be added for each tire. 14. Are You Selling Second Run Or Blemished Wheels?

No. All wheels are brand new, first run, with a full warranty.

15. Can I Trade My Old Wheels For A Credit Toward New Wheels?

Sorry, no. We only handle new wheels and tires.

17. Do You Sell Tires Too?

Yes. We have access to discounted pricing on a number of tires brands. We also offer free mounting and balancing so that your wheel and tire package will be ready to install when it arrives. Simply find the wheels you love on our website and click “ADD TIRES” to build a package and save. You also can choose to buy just tires through our online store.

18. Will My Order Come With Center Caps, Lugs, And TPMS Sensors?

Yes, all ARKON OFF-ROAD wheels include center caps. Chrome or black standard lug sets or spiked lug nuts are available as an additional cost (free shipping if ordered with your wheel purchase) and includes all the lugs needed, you may also choose 4 locking lugs w/socket for the standard chrome lugs. We provide 4 chrome valve stems with chrome sleeves at no additional cost as well. When installing the wheels, lugs should be hand-torqued in a star pattern and not installed using an impact tool (professional installation is recommended).

TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost. For wheel and tire packages, the price includes free installation of the sensors. Note: some vehicle models or sensors may require a re-programming process to sync with the new sensors. This can be done fairly easily by an auto dealer or repair shop (the cost to program sensors is the customer’s responsibility).

19. I’m Just Looking for Center Caps. Can You Help?

20. How Can You Sell Wheels Cheaper Than Other Places?

We sell our product for an affordable price by hosting a factory direct relationship while maintaining enthusiast level pricing.

Maintaining a direct factory relationship allows ARKON OFF-ROAD to eliminate any mediator that could potentially raise pricing on our customer. By controlling this avenue of access, ARKON OFF-ROAD products never holds a value that our team feels is inaccurate. This, in combination of being a group of enthusiasts, allows us to offer our products truck enthusiasts, truly enjoy.

21. What should I do if I have vibration, a warranty concern, or other issue with my products?

Remember, we too are enthusiasts and we are here to help you out and get things right. One thing to keep in mind, if you added some big whopping mud tires to your truck… you are going to “feel” them. There will be more feeling in the steering wheel and you may feel the lugs on the larger mud tires on the road. This is normal and part of looking so good. However, there are times that even though we balanced the wheels/tires perfectly on a machine, once on the vehicle they have a shake or strong vibration at certain speeds. If you have this issue or any other concern, simply email us immediately with all the specifics by replying to the last email we sent you. This will make it easy to locate your order and get you going down the road again smoothly. Same for any warranty questions or general concerns. We are here to work through it together and make your custom build enjoyable.

Balance Beads – Please note that balance beads are not guaranteed. While we use the most exceptional and up-to-date weight charts to ensure we are installing the correct amount of beads for your specific application, there are many variables that we are unable to account for. While it is extremely rare, some wheel and tire assemblies simply do not balance out perfectly with this type of balancing technique and we are unable to confirm this until the assembly is mounted onto the vehicle. If you are having any issues at all, please let us know and we will be here to help!

Damage Upon Receipt – Upon delivery (or pick up at a local terminal), be sure to inspect the complete wheel and tire package BEFORE signing any documents! If damaged, be sure to make FULL NOTES on documents (Bill of Lading) BEFORE SIGNING and accepting shipment. Unfortunately, while it is rare, due to the size and complexity of shipping large packages across the country, damage can occur and it MUST be noted with the shipping courier before signing and accepting the shipment. Damage caused by the shipping courier qualifies you for a replacement and/or credit ONLY IF all damage is noted with the courier BEFORE signing the documents (Bill of Lading). If the damage is NOT noted upon receipt, this alleviates all liability of the courier and we must open a damage claim and see it through to completion before reimbursement (if any) is allotted for the damages. Please notify us immediately if there is damage and send us pictures via email to wheels@arkonoffroad.com so we can document the issue and come to a resolution as soon as possible!

22. International Shipping Disclaimer

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Shipping Terms
  • ARKON OFF-ROAD is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • ARKON OFF-ROAD cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • ARKON OFF-ROAD is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info.

23. Google AdWords Remarketing Policy

Enthusiast Enterprises, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates use the Google AdWords remarketing service (“Google AdWords”) to advertise on third-party websites, including Google, to previous visitors of our websites. Google AdWords allows us to tailor our marketing to create personalized offers and only display advertisements that are relevant to you by placing a cookie on your device. SUCH COOKIES DO NOT IN ANY WAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE. The cookie is used to say “This person visited this page, so show them ads relating to that page.” Any data collected will be used in accordance with our own Terms of Use and Google’s Privacy Policy. You may opt out of the automated collection of information by third-party ad networks for the purpose of delivering tailored advertisements and personalized offers, by visiting the consumer opt-out page for Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising, as well as edit or opt-out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

24. What is an ambassador?

An ambassador is an individual who represents a larger entity. As an Ambassador you are a representative of ARKON OFF-ROAD and use your influence to promote the brand while earning points to redeem for Gear, Wheels, Tires, Suspension, and other products.

25. What are the benefits to being an ambassador?

As a Brand Ambassador for ARKON OFF-ROAD, you have many opportunities to promote our name and be rewarded for it. You will receive a percentage back in points from each sale that has your name selected under the “Who Sent You” dropdown at checkout. These points can then be used on anything from ARKON OFF-ROAD’s website. The more you promote, the more you get back to spend on more truck parts!

26. What are the qualifications for being a brand ambassador?

We are looking for key influencers in the “truck scene” with a large following, or growing following, that can positively market and stand behind the products we offer. Having a big build or new build with a large enthusiast following is exactly what we are looking for!

27. Do you offer sponsorships?

Yes, ARKON OFF-ROAD offers sponsorships through our ARKON Ambassador program. Not only could you receive a percentage off of your wheels as a sponsorship deal, you ALSO have the opportunity to get points and money back via referrals! Upon approval of your sponsorship, you will have a custom invoice sent your way for your discounted wheels, and you will become automatically enrolled in our Ambassador program to keep promoting.


We look for our sponsors to have 10K+ followers on Instagram, an active posting schedule, and access to high quality media content to promote ARKON OFF-ROAD. Not all who apply will be selected, and those selected are subject to varying discount amounts depending on the proposal and assigned discount tier.

28. How can I earn points?

The primary way to earn points is through people selecting your name under the “Who Sent You” dropdown at checkout. We will also provide you with a vanity URL. Use this link on your social media, and anyone who checks out via your link will have your name automatically selected at check out!


You can also earn points by submitting quality content. If you recently had a photoshoot or video made and have the proper rights for publishing, you can submit that content! If it is approved, you will receive points for your HQ content and we will use it on our social media!


There will be additional bi-weekly opportunities to earn points. In our Ambassador emails we will have content attached that you can download. Post this to your page, submit your content link, and we will review that you posted the content we sent. You will accrue points that way as well once approved!

29. Where do I submit my posted media content?

30. Does my account expire?

If your name is inactive under the “Who Sent You” dropdown, or have no content submissions for 90 days, your name will be removed from the Ambassador program. You would then need to reapply if you wish to promote with us again.
